Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Merchanting. By using it, you agree to them.
The service
Merchanting reads your business’s sources, makes drafts of posts, ads, pages and emails, and publishes, schedules, sends or launches the work you approve through the accounts you connect. Merchanting is in beta, and features may change.
Your account and your business
- You must be 18 or older and able to act for the business you add.
- You’re responsible for who you invite and what they approve.
- Only connect accounts and websites you’re allowed to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you bring and the work made for you. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including sending it to the AI and platform providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Approvals and spending
Nothing is published, sent or spent without an approval step. Ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your own ad account and payment method, not by Merchanting. You’re responsible for the work you approve and for following each platform’s rules.
AI-made work
Work is drafted with AI and can contain mistakes. Review it before you approve it. Merchanting won’t knowingly make fake reviews, fake testimonials or invented claims, and you agree not to ask it to.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Merchanting to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, impersonate anyone, mislead customers, or interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.
Connected platforms
Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo and other services have their own terms, and those terms apply when you connect them. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
Fees and credits
During the beta, Merchanting may provide credits for AI work and may change or end them. Any paid plans will be described before you’re charged.
Ending your use
You can stop using Merchanting and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Merchanting is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Team K9 LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the results of work you approved. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
