Data deletion
You can delete the data Merchanting holds about you or your business at any time.
Delete a connected account’s data
- In Merchanting, open your business and go to Connections.
- Disconnect the account (for example Meta, TikTok or YouTube). Merchanting stops using that access right away.
- Email teamleader@teamk9.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete that account’s data. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Removed Merchanting from Facebook or Instagram?
When you remove Merchanting in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta tells us, and we delete the data we received through that connection within 30 days. You’ll get a confirmation code, and you can check its status on this page.
Delete your whole account or business
Email teamleader@teamk9.com from the address you sign in with. We delete your account, your business’s sources, connections, drafts and uploaded files within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record, and confirm by email.
